She’s a trailblazer.  She’s a mother and an entrepreneur.  She stands out from the crowd and is now ready to lead it.

K. Patrice is a trailblazer in business and a Fairfield community advocate committed to tackling the problems of affordable housing, homelessness and local economic development.

K. Patrice’s goal is to make Fairfield a thriving and diverse hometown where people live, work, play and prosper – not simply a bedroom community.

K. Patrice Williams is the granddaughter of Wallace Brown a WWII veteran; the daughter of Andrew Williams a hard-working labor union member who worked at Grumman Aerospace as heat treat worker, and Hazel Williams a medical assistant that had a heart for the community and service.

K. Patrice has been married 21 years to the love of her life. Together they raised two boys, the youngest Myles is a recent Rodriguez High School graduate.  The oldest Isaiah was a college graduate and reentry workforce development specialist who died in a motorcycle accident on his way to work late last year. The family has come together to support K Patrice in her candidacy.

Ms. Williams holds a Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School and bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Economics. K. Patrice Williams Stands Out. As CEO of BrandGOV, Empower Solano, K Patrice leads a staff of 10. As she knew one day she would, Patrice started BrandGOV, her own company in Fairfield, where she worked hand-in-hand Fairfield business owners. Her job is to take local businesses and organizations and turn them from good to great. And those businesses flourished while driving our local economy.

Hazel at Hazels Place

K. Patrice founded Hazel’s Tranquility Place, a transitional home she named after her mother. Hazel’s Tranquility Place helps vulnerable formerly incarcerated women in Solano County reunify in a safe home. Women and children get off the street, find employment, and achieve stability so they may thrive.

Because of her ability to build relationships and collaborate, K Patrice has been endorsed by Congressman John Garamendi; Senator Bill Dodd; Assembly Member Lori D Wilson; Fairfield Mayor Harry Price and Vice Mayor Rick Vaccaro; Supervisor Erin Hannigan; Superintendent Lisette Estrella – Henderson, Solano County Board of Education; Trustees Dana Dean, Peggy Cohen-Thompson, Elease Cheek, and Michelle Coleman, Solano County Board of Education; Doriss Panduro, Fairfield City Council, District 5; Trustees A. Marie Young and Quinten Voyce, Solano Community College; Trustees David C. Isom, Bethany Smith, Ana Petero, and Craig Wilson, Fairfield-Suisun Board of Education and a host of other elected and formerly elected officials, educators, small business and community leaders throughout Solano County.

As the founder of the Solano/Napa Chapter, Black Women Organized for Political Action (BWOPA) , K Patrice Williams partnered with the League of Women voters, APAPA, NAACP, sororities, fraternities, interfaith and youth organizations to create voter registration drives. Together these organizations increased voter turnout in the county.

As a Former Public Policy Commissioner, K Patrice supported regional transportation decisions that favorably impact Fairfield seniors, business owners, working families, and community members who are disabled.
