K. Patrice has dedicated her entire adult life to serving our communities and improving affordable housing, homelessness, economic development, transportation, and quality of life.

As a supporter of Small Business, K. Patrice served as CEO of BrandGOV for over a decade, managing a staff of 10 and securing government contracts to transform struggling small business owners, CBOs, and nonprofits into a vital, financially stable business.

K Patrice founded Hazel’s Tranquility Place, a transitional home she named after her mother. Hazel’s Tranquility Place was originally founded to support vulnerable, formerly incarcerated women in Solano County as they reunify in a safe home. Today, Hazel’s Tranquility Place has expanded to include high hospital utilizers to stabilize medically.   Women and children get off the street, find employment, and achieve stability so they may thrive.
