A Record of Results
Since taking office in November 2022, Councilwoman K. Patrice Williams, J.D., has delivered independent, well-prepared leadership for Cordelia, Green Valley and all of Fairfield.
- Cut the structural deficit from $21 million to $8 million while protecting police, fire, street repairs and parks.
- Fought for road improvements on Red Top, Lopes and Neitzel Roads.
- Tackled homelessness with permanent supportive housing like Vista Ridge, funded by state and regional grants to protect the General Fund.
- Demanded ethical governance by initiating the Quo Warranto process on mayoral residency requirements, which led to an independent investigation.
- Kept residents at the table through town halls, neighborhood meetings and open communication.
